Individual Coaching
Working one-on-one with a coach gives you confidentiality as well as the coach's undivided attention. Each session is devoted exclusively to your needs and your concerns.

Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and can be held weekly or bi-weekly. In addition to sessions, each coaching package contains email and phone support between sessions.
